For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We are now at a juncture where we need to decide if that investment will have an acceptable return. One way to do that is to give experienced personnel the opportunity to show that these facilities can be operated profitably but that would have to be done prior to any significant expenditures Larry, One way or another these facillities have to be updated.
