Every case is unique.
I would agree with that. However, that being said, every District Court Complaint, under $10,000 is filed exactly the same way and there is nothing unique about that process. Linda |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That certainly, IMO, makes us completely vulnerable with all of the "part-timers". I'd think OPA could sue any association member for monies owed, whether or not a lien can be obtained on any property or properties. Obtaining monies legitimately owed is not a major problem IF the person sued has the money. Every case is unique. |
