For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "I believe it is a priority for the board" Really? How do I attach your "head in the sand" icon? Joe, the outstanding balance of delinquent assessment increased 38% just last year. I do not know of even one law suit to collect, but the records have not been shared with me in spite of guarantees in our by laws. Marty
