I'm not sure Gomsak's prior employment at PWC is exacly unknown to board members. He retired 10 years ago. Search Peter Gomsak on the web. It isn't exactly a state secret. Anyway, while it may be a burning ethical question for you, it is not for me. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "The appeal was not a Gomsak decision" Certainly no more then the $900,000.00 un-budgeted greens project, or the five year funding plan that has grossly increased our assessments and reserve balances. He did in fact make the motion. "It sounds like you are insinuating Gomsak did something unethical or worse" I personally believe that Mr. Gomsak's behaviour in the matter of hiring PWC was unethical. He made the motion and then voted on the motion. He should have, at the very least, publically disclosed his relationship with PWC and then recused himself from the vote. Marty |
