But I think it is illogical to construct a new facility for $4.3 million that will be closed most of the time.
Would the same logic apply to a $2.5 million facility? Where does illogical begin and end? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: we do agree on seasonal operation and I will support a move to do just that in our new Yacht Club. This then can be a win-win. Ted, Obviously I support the idea of a seasonal operation regardless of the size of the ultimate physical plant. That would certainly cut our losses. But I think it is illogical to construct a new facility for $4.3 million that will be closed most of the time. Norm |
