I therefore asked in Message #839744:

Why would you reference a document you know to be, as use just described, unofficial and plaglarized, as support for your position in a debate with Ted?

To which you again reiterate that:

to the best of my knowledge, there is no approved business plan for our Yacht Club.

Does that clarify my question?  I know there is no approved plan.  I know a plan has been promised.  What I don't know is, "Why would you reference a document you know to be, as use just described, unofficial and plaglarized, as support for your position in a debate with Ted?"
