Parts of the subject "plan" were posted by Joe right here on the forum. It turned out to be a plagiarized "plan" off the Internet. The subject "plan" showed the highest sales volume in the winter months. There is NO approved business plan for the Yacht Club that I know of. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What does the business plan say? The one I read in February had the new facility open year round. BUSINESS PLAN? Half of this forum has been clammering for a business plan and now you say there is one? You've had it since February? Why are you keeping it a secret? Bill Z |
