For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: . That's an average of over $20 per year for every lot owner in Ocean Pines each year. Al, Based on your figures, it cost 12.68 per owner, Marty's figures are 13.36 but in any event it is cheap. I agree that we should make a profit I believe that there will be changes forthcoming but I am willing to vote yes just to get rid of the smell as you go to the head. Knock it down and start over.
