After my spouse and I read all the info on the YC renewal we held a discussion on the yes or no.

We've decided to vote YES, hoping it will improve the place, it is really a small price to pay for such an amenity.  

Now if we can just get some of the slackers around here to do some maintenance on their cottages we'll have done something. 

I think it was a year ago or so that I went through the OP phone book and made note of houses listed under the same names. I'm assuming they are owned by people who wish to make rental income. We then toured around the PINES and peered at these listings, on an average basis they were on the shabby side of the curve. Our sample was fairly small but revealing.
