For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think it was a year ago or so that I went through the OP phone book and made note of houses listed under the same names. I'm assuming they are owned by people who wish to make rental income. We then toured around the PINES and peered at these listings, on an average basis they were on the shabby side of the curve. Our sample was fairly small but revealing. That took a bit of time. |
