A very good summation of the problem at the YC. Now ,how do we fix it? There surely is sufficient expertise in restaurant management in the OC area to give us some insight into what we are doing wrong or what we need to do right to correct this situation. And ,as trite as it sounds,maybe it should done before investing $ 4.3 million. There must be a point when we stop kicking this can down the road and address the problem or ,maybe ,just stop talking about it ,accept it and go fishing.
