For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I totally support the construction of a new Yacht Club. This is a necessary amentity in our community and anyone who does not believe this is being naive in the matter. While I agree steps need to be taken to bring operational costs under control in order for the operation to make money rather than losing money, I believe this can & will be done with a new facility. This is a wonderful community for people to live, work, play in & visit. It deserves a high quality facility such as being proposed. Let's stop putting our heads in the sand and vote YES.
