For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My vote will be NO. I think a one story structure seating about 50 with an expansion of the Tiki bar to two and a paved lot where people could put up a circus type tent for weddings etc. They would have a caterer come in for the food and we would sell the drinks. Have the club open mid April to mid October. We don't need a large club open all year as there are plenty of food options around the Pines. |
