If the membership rejects the $4.3 Million Dollar referendum for the new and larger facility then the board will have to do something. Clearly the new larger $4.3 Million Dollar option is off the table. Tearing down and closing the existing facility has never been an option. Doing nothing is not an option, the lack of maintenance has made the building a hazard. So, what is left? How about investing around $1.1 Million Dollars into accomplishing the deferred maintenance required by our DRs? That will be my vote should the referendum fail. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sorry... I do not agree. Simply tearing itdown is not in anyone's face. It is one of the choices and a natural one at that. Certainly more honorable than doing a rebab over several years, costing perhaps, the same as the new building over a 40 year period. Jeff Knepper |
