$13.36 each before depreciation may not be much money to you or me, but, to any one concerned with proper money management it is just the tip of the ice berg. Let's take a second and look at just the big three. Last year the big three (Aquatics, golf, and Yacht Club) cost every single member over $164.00 each. That does not include the $85.00 to do the greens or the $12.00 to redecorate the Yacht Club. You are right, it is not a great deal of money for you or me, but now throw in the $509.12 they are asking for to build a new larger Yacht Club and even I am starting to feel the pinch.

Joe, the fact is if you or I ran our business this way there is no bank in the entire world who would loan us $4,300,000.00 and you know it.
