Possibly, but if there is no significant interest in a one story seasonal operation, and if the decision is being made strictly on operational results, why fight it any longer?
The building can be made structurally sound for perhaps $1 million. Why on earth would any board just tear it down without even asking the membership Furthermore, suggesting a tear down results if the referendum fails, with the referendum in voters hands, is, in my view, too reminiscent of Stachurski style tactics during the second vote on the failed Community Center project. |
