For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "Not sure what your point is but if the Treasurer's numbers are correct the catering, regardless of days per week used, makes about $100,000 per year operational profit over last three years" The Yacht Club and its catering business has never made an "operational profit over last three years".
