| No flooding in OP at this point, either from tide or rain. Tide problems will peak later this evening and through Monday. Rain flooding, different than tide flooding, will be a major problem for many in OP over the next two to three days. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Joe, Have you ever had flooding at your house? Our kids had a lot of work done in their crawlspace this past summer, so I guess some water had been in there at some time in the past. I really hate to pass this news on to them. Nancy |
