I did not suggest it was you. As for where I obtain my information, obviously I will not reveal my source/s. Dan said “directors are elected by the property owners of the community and it should be only property owners of the community who have the power to remove a director”. Since when did any contradiction from Dan come as a surprise? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "3. Dan Stachurski charges Clarke with disclosing items from closed board meetings" This begs the question, where are you getting your information? Clearly someone is talking and it is not me. Perhaps we can identify your source and get a discount from Joe Moore by investigating two for the price of one. BTW, while on the subject of Dan it might not hurt to offer his quote from a board meeting on May 16, 2007, when he voted with the rest of the board to rescind the Code of Conduct Policy. Dan said “directors are elected by the property owners of the community and it should be only property owners of the community who have the power to remove a director”.
