For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hydrostatic pressure on an empty pool is really only a problem in an area with a high water table....Oooops!!! I'm sure what Thompson is implying is that Clarke's comments will tip off insurance investigators about the pool being emptied. Let's envision what the investigator will say when he first arrives and looks at the pool which is about 40 feet from the dock. "Good afternoon, Mr. Thompson. Sorry to see that the pool heaved in the corner like that. Was it empty at the time?" |
