I still feel the committees need a solid orientation program that is ongoing for new committee members that extends beyond the resolution defining their duties. Keep up the good work Joe.
Or at the very least have the committee chairman attend such a program. There are a lot of nuances in our rules which can be difficult for volunteers to master if not specifically advised. |
