I'd say no substantive education process is required, other than perhaps a single-sheet FAQ with maybe five questions/answers. No big deal.
That would be fine but why do I feel we will never see such an FAQ sheet? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Committees rarely encounter the kind of questions I raised. Most of the time committees meet and no one attends but the committee people. Closed session has no practical meaning in such a scenario. The reality is that almost every committee meeting is closed session.
