| As long as you're in the house with the heat on and using the water the chances of your pipes freezing up in Ocean Pines are about zero but if it ever got cold enough to freeze the pipes we would all have more to worry about than a frozen pipe! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Very thorough. I live here full time so I cannot do that. I just keeping the vents closed in winter... seems to work for me. Without cold air coming in and with the heat that goes into the crawl space, the pipes have done fine (knock on wood) |
