I called in earlier this year and was told that the EDU was to expire/paid off this year
I doubt the EDU charge will ever go away, unless one thinks the service area will be debt-free one day.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I called in earlier this year and was told that the EDU was to expire/paid off this year, by someone at the billing dept.. Not sure if that is true or not. She went on to say, that is was for a bond payment that funded the original infrastructure. |
