For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Al, I just checked my water bill and you are correct. The minimum charge is $133 plus a graduated charge based on usage. I am positive that at one time the minimum charge was based upon a minimum usage of 10,000 gallons. I recall I along with others complained about the inequity. I don't kno0w when, but evidently it was changed as a result. Norm |
