Yes, it is mostly in section 3, but also in section 2. Some of the worst is on Sandyhook just past the first intersection with Pinehurst Rd.. ( Pinehurst and Sandyhook intersect THREE times.  I often feel like an information booth when working in the yard..directing those who are lost..)The ditches come from the Bainbridge Park pond across Sandyhook where the water is on its way to Beachamp Rd. and the under the golf course. My next door neighbor showed me a video of our street taken during a rain last summer that I could NOT believe? It looked like a REAL RIVER...and of course the water went into the crawl spaces!Many of those rear yards on Sandyhook back up to Beauchamp Rd.

Our house is SO CLOSE to all this, and I feel just terrible for the neighbors who have to endure it.

We knew our lot was high, because when we were getting ready to build, our neighbor...who is also safe.. told us to expect cars parked out front when a big rain comes, because folks want to get their cars to a dry place.

Did you get a LOT of rain in the last few days? We got hard rain here  all day long. They said it would have been 15 inches. if it had been snow. If you got all that too....it would be a good test of the drainage FIX.

I do hope it is solved.
