Thanks for bringing this to our attention. My wife and I are fairly new homeowners in Ocean Pines. I agree with your concerns and think your possible solutions make sense. I would like to know how much the golf course effects my homeowner fees. Is it $20.00 a year or $100.00. The amount could make a difference in how someone stands. The fees are already high and was surprised to find out that if our family wants to enjoy the pools or beach we have to pay additional fees.
