Well yes and no. The $64.00 was for operations loss only and did not include depreciation which is also funded from our assessments. So, if you include depreciation Nancy's number is more accurate urban mine. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Hi Nancy, I believe in a previous post regarding golf course operations, Marty Clark stated that $64 goes out of our annual assessment to pay for the golf course. If it were the $120 you suggest, that would be $1,012,000.00, based on the approximately 8440 properties we currently have in OP. I believe Marty's $64 is more in line with what actually goes to the golf operation. If Marty's information is correct (I believe it is) then the golf course costs us approximately $5.35, each month per property. |
