Hi Nancy,I believe in a previous post regarding golf course operations, Marty Clark stated that $64 goes out of our annual assessment to pay for the golf course. If it were the $120 you suggest, that would be $1,012,000.00, based on the approximately 8440 properties we currently have in OP. I believe Marty's $64 is more in line with what actually goes to the golf operation. If Marty's information is correct (I believe it is) then the golf course costs us approximately $5.35, each month per property.

$64 seems too low to me. We'll see.
