While our losses are not good these past few years, it is not in the neighborhood of $120.
You really should read the audited financial statements. The most recent audited report shows golf costing $958,000 of assessment dollars. Read it and weep. 958000/8440 = $113 per association member assessment to subsidize golf. I'm not sure the golf drainage costs are even in the number. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, Nancy's post stated that she believes $120, is the amount of our assessment that goes to pay for golf LOSSES. While our losses are not good these past few years, it is not in the neighborhood of $120. |
