The folks in the real estate business could probably provide some data regarding home values if the community in which they are located has amenity's.  Just a thought,  could you imagine the OP web site only showing homes and parks in our community as a tool to get persons interested in a home in our area.  Most of the OP web site is loaded with information and pictures of our many amenitys.  It is what draws most people to our community.  It's the reason we purchased a home here.  We looked at condos, most of which had at best, one pool and perhaps a tennis court.  They also had condo fees in the neighborhood of $300 per month.  That would be $3600 annual condo fee.  In that regard, OP and it's amenitys is a real bargain.
