| If there were that many people who chose to buy into OP because of the golfing, there wouldn't be so many financial problems because of it. Yes, golf sounds like a great thing to have, but the reality shows there are not enough OP residents who want to support it. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Judy, The golf course as well as the other amenities are why we sold our condo in OC and bought in the Pines for our vacation home. We were paying $330/month in condo fees in OC. The annual dues her in OP, for what we get, are a bargain. I know of many others who purchased here for the same reason. John |
