For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Glad to see a serious player with a real checkbook step-up. I have advocated a triple net lease for the course for the past few years but nobody except "Crazy" Marty Clarke listened. I'm not a full time resident but I do have some contacts in the golf course operating business that would be happy to give their recommendations. They are not interested in our course as it's not a resort, among other properties that they OWN is Sea Pines, that gives you some ideal of their credentials.
