Even though he calls for open space does he see an opportunity for more building?
I seriously doubt that is Steen's intention. Besides, any development of golf course land would face incredible obstacles. What I find interesting is that Steen is a Real Estate guy, and has broken with the normal real estate line of how important golf is to OP. |
