Unfortunately any golf course can only handle so many rounds, and most people want to play in the A.M. The course can never be financially viable if the prime morning T-times are played at low rates. What's needed is more rounds at high fees, and less rounds for low fees. The higher fees will generally only be paid by so-called outside play or outside groups.
