I don't think so. Have you ever heard of due process?
Marty, there is due process. Both the vehicle owner and property owner receive written notification of zoning violation at the start of the process, and then there are steps along the way. Read the law. My only point was that the county can remove a vehicle to impound without a court order as I read the law. This requires a vote of the County Commissioners. The vehicle is held for some period of time and if not redeemed it is sold. The owner receives a bill for all costs less any proceeds from sale. Read the law. |
