Not sure if anyone "complained" during the 14 years BUT remember when I raised the issue the Compliance staff told me they could not take any action.
Like you I think the Compliance staff should be proactive instead of reactive ! But as a board member, to remain unnamed, told me yesterday being proactive would cut down on their card playing time. Ed |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ed I don't need to roll it around in my mind. I saw the sites and I agree with you, however, as I just posted to Joe the Association employs inspectors to identify situations like this. Did they identified the situation and reported it to the GM. If they did not, did the neighbors during the last 14years report it to the GM or Board for action. If so what if any action took place? |
