They are, however, if they don't get results it is kicked upstairs to the GM.
What makes you think any violation sent to ECC by CPI gets kicked "upstairs" to the GM if ECC rejects the violation? Even on ECC accepted violations the GM acts as no more than a messenger to bring the ECC decisions to the board. Nothing should get to the board except via ECC, or via an association member who disagrees with some ECC decision on their property. The GM has no oversight over ECC. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Given the latest report says the cars have not been moved in 14 years, I fail to see what this has to do with the YC, or why CPI inspectors would be spending any time on the YC as opposed to enforcement. I was referrin to the GM and Board and not the inspectors. I know for a fact the inspectors are out there doing their job as I had recived letters from them. As for CPI reporting infractions to the GM, I thought infractions were reported to ECC/ARC, or is the GM now making decisions about what is an infraction or not? They are, however, if they don't get results it is kicked upstairs to the GM. Just can't see it taking 7 to 14 years to travel approximately 5 miles. |
