Even on ECC accepted violations the GM acts as no more than a messenger to bring the ECC decisions to the board.
I respectfully disagree with your conclusion. The GM can always kick it back for additional info before it is presented. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: They are, however, if they don't get results it is kicked upstairs to the GM. What makes you think any violation sent to ECC by CPI gets kicked "upstairs" to the GM if ECC rejects the violation? Even on ECC accepted violations the GM acts as no more than a messenger to bring the ECC decisions to the board. Nothing should get to the board except via ECC, or via an association member who disagrees with some ECC decision on their property. The GM has no oversight over ECC. |
