Just wondering if to much focus is on teh new YC and not on our neighborhoods
Given the latest report says the cars have not been moved in 14 years, I fail to see what this has to do with the YC, or why CPI inspectors would be spending any time on the YC as opposed to enforcement. As for CPI reporting infractions to the GM, I thought infractions were reported to ECC/ARC, or is the GM now making decisions about what is an infraction or not? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: time will tell. Joe I did go by and looked at both sites before I made my earlier comments. I am in total agreement that both sites are unsightly and I would definitely not want to live next to them. But that raises the questions of what if anything the Association has done in the past to correct the situation. You have followed the Board proceeding for many, many years and it was not unusual for situations like this to be addressed and action taken. Since these vehicles, alledgedly, have been like this for more then 7 years then one must ask the question: " Is this a systemic issue that the current Board and GM is not adequately addressing?" Do we not pay inspectors to drive around to look at the properties to see that they are in compliance? (that a retorical question). If so have they reported the situation to the GM and what did he do about it. Did he present it to the Board as was the policy in the past for review and action? Just wondering if to much focus is on teh new YC and not on our neighborhoods |
