File a complaint in District Court against the home owner, force her to go down to the court and answer the complaint. Complaint would be the junkers are a public nuisance and a health hazard because they harbor "vermin". The pictures and the fact that they have been sitting there seven years might be enough to get the judge to rule in Ed's favor and order the removal of the junkers.
I don't think the filing fee is more than $30.00 or so, it's worth a shot, nothing to lose but some driving time and filing fee. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sorry to say but I think you are going to have to do this on your own because for damn sure you aren't going to get any help from OP.....they're all too busy getting ready for the new yacht club opening. First you were super concerned about the wedding and if the YC would open on time. Now that those issues seem resolved, you make accusations about OPA being too concerned about getting the YC open. How about filing a suit in the court down in Snow Hill, you can do it on your own and if you talk to the clerk of court he will walk you through it and help you word your complaint. A visit to the appropriate county compliance office would also be helpful while down there. File suit against whom and based on what? County law or OPA Declarations of Restrictions? |
