For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: File a complaint in District Court against the home owner, force her to go down to the court and answer the complaint. Complaint would be the junkers are a public nuisance and a health hazard because they harbor "vermin". The pictures and the fact that they have been sitting there seven years might be enough to get the judge to rule in Ed's favor and order the removal of the junkers. I don't think the filing fee is more than $30.00 or so, it's worth a shot, nothing to lose but some driving time and filing fee. |
