But our own Guidelines, as delineated by Joe below, appears to provide the OP Administration all the latitude they need to get off their butts and take appropriate actions !!
Had an opportunity yesterday to watch the video of our last BOD meeting. I heard Mr. Moore say that it was his opinion an OPA inspector could enter onto a property and lift or remove the cover over a vehicle that had been sitting there for a period of time to determine if the vehicle was in violation of our DR's. I also heard Mr. Moor state that this would only be the beginning of a process to get the vehicle removed, and that a Judge may not agree with Mr. Moore with regard to our inspectors entering the property to uncover a vehicle. You are correct that it seems we can at least get the process started. Whether it will be successful in removing the vehicles no one really knows. I sure hope it is successful. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I certainly appreciate all who have gotten involved in this issue. It seems to me that we cannot expect any support/action by the county. But our own Guidelines, as delineated by Joe below, appears to provide the OP Administration all the latitude they need to get off their butts and take appropriate actions !! |
