The property at 32 Battersea Road was a part of Mr. Terry's motion and the board did indeed vote to find that property owner in continuing violation and send them to legal in order to obtain an injunction in order to remove the vehicles in question. The subject property owner's right to due process will not be infringed and they will have an opportunity in court.
The context is the lot next to Hickle with the two covered vehicles, not the lot way up the street from Hickle. Ed wrote, "My understanding is that Moore is going directly to court to file a complaint to have the vehicles removed, Marty at the last session told me they were NOT going back to the ECC/ARC for any further concurrence." Thus my question still remains, "Is OPA asking Moore to take the lot next to Hickle to court for the two covered vehicles without the normal due process?" It certainly seems Ed Hickle thinks that is the case. |
