Why would you ask me what and where? Why don't you ask the President of the board who wrote the motion. As to any rights of the property owner who has had two junked cars parked on their property for over seven years I would say "tough"! Mr. Moore will be providing a notice of violation which the property owner may either defend in court, or just remove the junked vehicles. It just does not get any easier than that. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where we seem to be on unequal footing is your mis-understanding of the motion made, seconded, discussed and passed by the board of directors at our last meeting. That might well be, since the board does not provide association members with motions. Perhaps you can tell me where I can see this motion now. As I recall Terry specifically excluded the lot next to Hinkle??? At any rate, all semantic and other issues aside -- did the board authorize Joe Moore to take the lot next to Hinkle to court without there even being a violation notice sent to the owner from CPI? If so, is Moore even aware no violation notice was ever sent to the owner? |
