Setting that aside Joe I know U have far more expertise in the inner workings of OPA than I. However many of your notes lament how long it takes to get things done within our community, then when the Board decides to cut thru the bureaucracy you complain that they are not following the procedures. You can't have it both ways !! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where we seem to be on unequal footing is your mis-understanding of the motion made, seconded, discussed and passed by the board of directors at our last meeting. That might well be, since the board does not provide association members with motions. Perhaps you can tell me where I can see this motion now. As I recall Terry specifically excluded the lot next to Hinkle??? At any rate, all semantic and other issues aside -- did the board authorize Joe Moore to take the lot next to Hinkle to court without there even being a violation notice sent to the owner from CPI? If so, is Moore even aware no violation notice was ever sent to the owner? |
