Depending on my mood at the moment, I say the Yacht Club is either the nicest looking warehouse I've ever seen or it is the best looking prison I have ever seen.

Fortunately, dressing up the parking lot side will be fairly easy and relatively cheap.  We all know the place should have been "classed up" by the design but apparently "curb appeal" got short shrift during the design review process.

All in all I think the major functional requirements have been satisfied; second floor will accommodate large banquet events, the first floor will accommodate eating and (squeezed) drinking, etc. 

Service, menu appeal and food quality are driven by the staff.  Those areas are the items that need a lot of polishing IMO.
