For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There seem to be quite a few summer folks in OP this season, renters and owners alike. I can't help but wonder if renters even are aware of the YC's existence. I'm not aware of much advertising for the YC. I've said before that the YC is not in the right place, to far off the beaten path so to speak. Aside from the other problems the building looks unappetizing. I suspect its previous reputation doesn't help it much. How much attention and dollars are given to tell people about the YC? It is well known that the restaurant business can be very risky.
