The entrance is a tiny path between Nanci's house and her neighbors.  Some of the controversy, I heard, was because someone on either side of the path was allowed to put a garage, or their home in a position that nearly wiped out the OPA right of way access.  this is what I heard, not what may be the total story, but the park is huge and beautiful. Grassy and open and just lovely and the size Joe mentioned. .  But almost no access.  I only know of the little path next to Nanci's house.  There may be other tiny paths.
