IMO theres nothing wrong with occassional cars parked along that area, while folks are occasionally kayaking. And I'd be against spending association $$ to impinge upon that natural tree-filled area, by tearing down those trees.
No thank you. Call it NIMBY. Take your suggestion elswhere. Nancy, As one who objects to the impingement of trash cans on the neighborhood ambiance, you should be sympathetic to leaving those trees alone. benefitting the ambiance of Boston Dr. Tom Hi Tom, Sorry that I did not express myself properly. I did not mean to imply that many trees would have to be cut down...rather to the contrary. The trees would hide the cars. Some of us looked at the lot years ago and thought maybe the depression in the middle could be filled a bit, so that there could be a narrow passage down in there and out.. without disturbing trees....and hiding any activity so as not to change the appearance for the neighbors. I love the trees! We only cut enough to make room to put our house up ....the rest is a FOREST, and the lot next to us has never been touched and is all a dense forest! If the neighbors don't mind cars on the right of way now and then...that is fine. We were thinking of how we could just disappear into the trees! By the way.....is the collection of green cans left over better... or worse than the BLUE ones sitting out at the street? Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As a resident of Boston Dr, I'd prefer NOT having those trees torn down. Much more natural the way it is. And conforms to the ambiance of the neighborhood. IMO theres nothing wrong with occassional cars parked along that area, while folks are occasionally kayaking.
